
Affordable Housing Community Coming to Mauldin
On November 13, the Upstate Business Journal published an article about the new 46-unit affordable housing development coming soon to Butler Road in Mauldin:
Groundbreaking is expected for early second quarter 2020 and construction is expected to take 12-15 months.
Championed by Bon Secours St. Francis Health System and with financial support from SC Housing and the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority, Mauldin Center Apartments will serve families earning under 60% of the area median income with 10% of the units set aside for residents with disabilities.
