The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) would like to express gratitude to Greenville County Council for their passage of the amended FY 2026 Greenville County Budget, which includes an allocation of two million dollars to GCRA for the coming year. One million dollars of this will establish a workforce housing down payment assistance program for Greenville County employees. GCRA will not receive a fee for administering this program; all of these County dollars will be available for program recipients.
