The Greenville News has published an article about the latest numbers on the cost of rent in Greenville.

“…Currently, median rent for all properties in Greenville — apartments, townhouses and houses, regardless of the number of bedrooms — is $1,770. This is $120 more than January 2022, according to Zillow.

That leaves Greenville with median rent that’s $325 less than the national median…”
