The Post and Courier article — Greenville home sales cool slightly in April

The Post and Courier (Greenville) just published an article about the state of home sales in the Upstate compared to the rest of South Carolina.

“Houses in the region sold in April for a median price of $298,000, an almost $50,000 increase from the year prior and a $81,100 increase from before the pandemic. Across South Carolina, house sales soared to to a median price of $314,800, a $51,300 increase from the prior year.”
