The Post and Courier article — SC homebuyers now pay double the price from 10 years ago, and the cost keeps climbing

The Post and Courier (Greenville) has published an article about soaring home prices in South Carolina over the past decade, and various causes and effects.

“The median price of a Palmetto State residence jumped in March to $318,000, up 109 percent from almost $152,000 in 2013, according to the latest data from the S.C. Realtors Association.”
