The City of Greer‘s Communications Department released some great video coverage from the grand opening of GCRA’s Fairview Townhomes. From their Facebook post:
People looking to move to Greer or who are looking for a new home now have a new option! Fourteen new townhomes are now available in the Sunnyside community thanks to the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority. The Fairview Townhomes open house took place last week where we got a first-hand look at the new development.
Both Mayor Danner and Councilman Karuiam Booker spoke at the event, with the townhomes residing in Councilman Booker’s district. Eventually there will be 33 townhomes on the 3-acre property.
