GVLtoday has published an article about a proposed affordable housing development named Southernside Senior Living, from McMillan Pazdan Smith, Greystone Affordable Development, and the Greenville Housing Fund.
The two proposed sites will feature a total of 147 one- and two-bedroom apartments, age-restricted to those 55 and above, resident amenities, and public and private outdoor spaces.
