Greenville Journal article — Project in Greer’s Sunnyside targets ‘missing middle’ in affordable housing

The Greenville Journal has published an article about the Fairview Townhomes project which is a collaboration between GCRA and the City of Greer.

“Affordable homeownership opportunities have been identified as the “missing middle” part of the housing crisis in communities across the Upstate and nationwide.
